HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL ? WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?
We primarily work in the greater Virginia Beach/Norfolk/ Portsmouth/Hampton/Chesapeake , but we are happy to travel to your location and additional travel charges might apply if your location is not mentioned in the above list.
DO YOU DO DRONE SERVICES?
Yes, We are licensed to operate UAVs (drones) under the FAA’s Small UAS Rule (Part 107)
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH VACANT PROPERTIES?
Yes we do !
HOW FAST WILL I GET MY PHOTOS/VIDEOS?
Yes we do !We know you like to have your final images rather sooner than later, so we aim to be quick. Images are delivered within 24-48 hours after the session. Videos, Floor Plans and 360 Tours can take up to 72 hours to complete.
DO I NEED TO BE IN PERSON DURING THE SESSION?
We prefer to meet in person during our first session together, so we can get a better feeling on what is important for you and how you work. However, once we had the pleasure of working with an agent, there is normally no need to join a session.
WHAT KIND OF PREPARATION IS NEEDED TO BE DONE PRIOR TO THE SESSION?
